Կյանքից հեռացավ անվանի գիտնական ՀՀ ԳԱԱ ակադեմիկոս Միսակ Դավթյանը

   Սույն թվականի հունիսի 25-ին` 84 տարեկան հասակում, ԱՄՆ Լոս Անջելես քաղաքում, կյանքից հեռացավ ՀՀ ԳԱԱ ակադեմիկոս, կենսաբանական գիտությունների դոկտոր, պրոֆեսոր Միսակ Դավթյանը: 
   Միսակ Դավթյանը մեծ ավանդ ունի Հայաստանում գիտության, մասնավորապես կենսաքիմիայի զարգացման գործում: Նրա գիտական հետաքրքրությունները վերաբերում էին օրգանիզմներում ամոնիակի և ամինաթթուների յուրացման մեխանիզմների ուսումնասիրությանը, օրնիտինային ցիկլի ֆերմենտների կառուցվածքաֆունկցիոնալ հետազոտություններին, նշված ցիկլի գործունեության մեխանիզմների պարզաբանմանը: Որպես համեմատական և էվոլյուցիոն կենսաքիմիայի բնագավառի խոշոր գիտնական` Միսակ Դավթյանն արժանացել է գիտնականին հասանելի գրեթե բոլոր բարձր կոչումներին և պարգևներին:

   Լինելով ՀԽՍՀ լուսավորության նախարար, Հայաստանի մանկավարժական ինստիտուտի ռեկտոր, ԵՊՀ պրոռեկտոր` Միսակ Դավթյանը մեծ դեր է խաղացել բարձրագույն կրթության կատարելագործման, բարձրորակ գիտամանկավարժական կադրերի պատրաստման գործում: Նրա ղեկավարությամբ իրենց թեկնածուական և դոկտորական ատենախոսություններն են պաշտպանել 60-ից ավելի մասնագետներ: Ակադեմիկոս Միսակ Դավթյանի ստեղծած գիտական դպրոցն այսօր էլ շարունակում է աշխատել հանրապետությունում և նրա սահմաններից դուրս:
   ՀՀ ԳԱԱ նախագությունը խորապես ցավակցում է անվանի գիտնականի և մանկավարժի մահվան կապակցությամբ: Ակադեմիկոս Միսակ Դավթյանի լուսավոր կերպարը միշտ կմնա նրա բարեկամների, գործընկերների և աշակերտների հիշողության մեջ:
