ՀՀ ԳԱԱ-ում աշակերտներն ու ուսանողները բացահայտեցին մարդու գենոմը

Սույն թվականի մարտի 27-ին ՀՀ Գիտությունների ազգային ակադեմիայում տեղի ունեցավ «Գիտությունն այսօր» շարքի երկրորդ սեմինարը, որին մասնակցեց ավելի քան 180 աշակերտ և ուսանող Հայաստանի տարբեր մարզերից։
ՀՀ ԳԱԱ Մոլեկուլային կենսաբանության ինստիտուտի տնօրեն Արսեն Առաքելյանը հանդես եկավ «Ապակոդավորում ենք գենոմը» թեմայով զեկուցմամբ, ներկայացրեց «Մարդու գենոմ» միջազգային խոշոր հետազոտական նախագիծը, որը լույս է սփռում մարդու գեների հաջորդականության վրա: Նա խոսեց գենոմի սեքվենավորման մասին, որը ԴՆԹ հիմքերի հաջորդականության բացահայտման գործընթաց է։

ՀՀ ԳԱԱ Բնական գիտությունների բաժանմունքի ակադեմիկոս-քարտուղար, ՀՀ ԳԱԱ թղթակից անդամ, ԵՊՀ Գենետիկայի և բջջաբանության ամբիոնի վարիչ Ռուբեն Հարությունյանը ներկայացրեց «Մարդու մոլեկուլային բջջագենետիկա» զեկուցումը։ Նա խոսեց տարբեր տեսակների մոտ գեների դասավորվածության, քրոմոսոմային փոփոխությունների և մուտացիաների մասին։

Աշակերտներն ու ուսանողները ծանոթացան Հայաստանում խաղողի գենետիկական ռեսուրսների ուսումնասիրության արդյունքներին։ Առաջին անգամ Հայաստանում ֆրագմենտային սեքվենավորման միջոցով գենոտիպավորվել են 400-ից ավելի խաղողի նմուշներ։ Խաղողի հայկական պոպուլյացիայում հայտնաբերվել են գենոտիպեր, որոնք միջանկյալ ձևեր են վայրի և մշակովի խաղողի միջև, ինչը չափազանց կարևոր ֆենոմեն է էվոլյուցիոն տեսանկյունից կուլտուրականացման գործընթացն ուսումնասիրելու առումով։

Ռուբեն Հարությունյանը և Արսեն Առաքելյանը պատասխանեցին աշակերտների և ուսանողների հարցերին՝ մարդու գենոմի, հայերի գենոֆոնդի, գենետիկ առանձնահատկությունների և գենետիկ հիվանդությունների մասին։
«Գիտությունն այսօր» սեմինարների շարքը նախաձեռնել է ՀՀ ԳԱԱ Բնական գիտությունների բաժանմունքը՝

երիտասարդների շրջանում գիտության հանրայնացման նպատակով։ 2024 թվականի ընթացքում կանցկացվի թվով 8 սեմինար, իսկ նույն թվականի դեկտեմբերին սեմինարների շարքին առավել ակտիվ մասնակցած ուսանողներն ու աշակերտները կստանան մասնակցության վկայականներ:

From October 23 to 25, 2025, the the Institute of Archaeology and Ethnography of the National Academy of Sciences of Armenia will hеld the International conference "Fortresses and Defensive Systems in the Ancient Near East". The opening will take place on October 23 at 11:00 a.m. in the Round Hall of the Presidium of NAS RA (24, Marshal Baghramyan Avenue)

On October 24, 2025, the book presentation with the title "Tigranakert of Artsakh: The Historical and Cultural Image in the Light of Archaeological Research" (Yerevan, Institute of Archaeology and Ethnography Press, 2025) will take place at the Round Hall of the Presidium of the NAS RA (24, Marshal Baghramyan Avenue) at 11:00 a.m.

In October 28, 2025, an informational meeting with the Committee of the "Young Scientists Support Program" will be held at the Round Hall of the Presidium of the NAS RA at 16:00
