Մեծ պոտենցիալ` հայ-ռուսական գիտական համագործակցության ոլորտում. վարչապետն ընդունել է ՌԴ գիտությունների ակադեմիայի նախագահին

   Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ընդունել է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության գիտությունների ակադեմիայի նախագահ, ակադեմիկոս Ալեքսանդր Սերգեևին:
   Վարչապետը ողջունել է պարոն Սերգեևին և կարևորել Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի միջև գիտության ոլորտում համագործակցության զարգացումն ու ընդլայնումը: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հույս է հայտնել, որ այցի ընթացքում կքննարկվեն համատեղ ծրագրերի ու նախագծերի իրականացման հնարավորությունները` արդյունավետ փոխգործակցություն ապահովելով երկու երկրների գիտական հանրույթների համար: Գործադիրի ղեկավարի խոսքով՝ գիտության ու կրթության ոլորտը ՀՀ կառավարության առաջնահերթությունների թվում է. 2022 թվականի համար գիտության ոլորտին ուղղվող ֆինասնական միջոցներն ավելացվելու են 85 տոկոսով, ինչն այս ոլորտում կառավարության տեսլականի ապահովմանն ուղղված կարևոր ցուցանիշ է։


   Ալեքսանդր Սերգեևը նշել է, որ իրենք շահագրգռված են Հայաստանի գիտնականների, գիտաշխատողների հետ համագործակցության ընդլայնմամբ՝ հավելելով, որ կոնկրետ առաջարկների շուրջ քննարկումներ են ընթանում: ՌԴ գիտությունների ակադեմիայի նախագահի խոսքով՝ ԽՍՀՄ տարիներին հայ և ռուս գիտնականների միջև փոխգործակցությունը եղել է բարձր մակարդակի վրա, հայ գիտնականներն իրենց զգալի ավանդն են ներդրել ոլորտի զարգացման գործում: Ալեքսանդր Սերգեևը կարևորել է գիտական նոր մշակումների, փորձի փոխանակման, երիտասարդ մասնագետների կրթության ու որակավորման բարձրացման ուղղությամբ համատեղ ծրագրերի իրականացումը:
   Վարչապետ Փաշինյանը ողջունել է գիտության ոլորտում հայ-ռուսական կապերի ընդլայնմանն ուղղված նախաձեռնությունները և նշել, որ ՀՀ կառավարությունն ամեն կերպ կաջակցի դրանց հաջող իրականացմանը: Կառավարության ղեկավարի խոսքով՝ գիտության ոլորտը ևս կարող է դառնալ հայ-ռուսական ռազմավարական համագործակցության առանցքային ուղղություններից մեկը:
