The National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia (NAS RA) and the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences (BAS) announce a Call for Joint Research Projects "NAS RA – BAS 2026-2027" for the period 1 January 2026 – 31 December 2027.

This call is announced within the framework of the Memorandum of Understanding signed between NAS RA and BAS in 2024. It aims to foster institutional partnerships between research institutes of NAS RA and BAS, promote the active involvement of early-career researchers and PhD students in the projects, and support research teams in building capacity for future international cooperation.

Key Dates:
• Call opens: 16 June 2025
• Submission deadline: 15 October 2025
• Results announcement: 20 December 2025
