Research officer of the Institute of Arts of NAS RA (1965-1972), senior research officer (1972-1987), leading research officer (1987-1991), chief research officer (since 1991). Chairman of Specialized Board for awarding academic degrees (since 1995). Chairman of TV and radio state committee of RA (1990-1991).
