Main Fields of Activity

Complex reprocessing of raw materials, multimetal ores and industrial wastes; Synthesis of new materials via ion-exchange processes in inorganic media; Development of new methods of ore processing; Physico-chemical analysis of aqueous solutions in hydro-thermal conditions; Reprocessing of harmful residues of industrial wastes; Synthesis of super-pure materials; Investigation of peculiarities of crystallisation of amorphous compounds; Metal-coating and finishing by elastic wave shock method.

Main Results

Creation of new technologies of obtaining the Aluminium oxide, potash, metasilicate of natrium, calcium, wolastonite, complex batches of glass, super pure silicat, some polisilicates on the base of retreatment of basic aluminium silicates. Also the industrial drying and granulation of phosphorus gypsum was realized at first by Institute's technology. There is success in obtaining of pure - molibdenum disulphide and new adsorbents. They were included in production.

Internartional Activity

The Institute co-operates with Russian Academy's Institute of Synthetic Polymers, German "Krafan-Lagen" firm and French University of Pier and Mary Curic. The institute have a joint works with many Russian scientific centers (Institute of General and Inorganic chemistry, Scientific-Research Institute of fertilisers fungiecicles and insecticedes, "Quartz" scientific union, State Optical Institute, "Fonon" scientific industrial union and i. e.). The Institute participated in International scientific congress-the Institute reported on International chemist's chemical technologies congress (Tehran, 1993).
