    The National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia (NAS RA) declare about annual competition "ACADEMIA" for young scientists (till 35 years). Competition appears in area of "Biology" for scientific works.

    On 23 April 2013, the annual general meeting of NAS RA devoted to the outcomes of research and scientific-organizational activities of NAS RA for 2012 will be held in the NAS RA meeting hall. The annual general meetings of the science divisions will be held on 22 April

    On 12-16 of May, 2013, the International Conference of Young Scientists “Modern problems of geophysics, engineering seismology and earthquake engineering”, dedicated to 70th anniversary of NAS RA will be held in Tsakhadzor, organized by the A. Nazarov Institute of Geophysics and Engineering Seismology NAS RA and Division of Chemistry and Earth Sciences NAS RA

    On 27-28 of June, 2013, the conference of young scientists "New Aspects in Molecular Biotechnology and Biochemistry", dedicated to 70th anniversary of NAS RA will be held in Yerevan, organized by the H.Buniatian Institute of Biochemistry NAS RA.

    On 24-31 August, 2013, the Institute of Mathemathics NAS RA, Yerevan State University, State Engineering University of Armenia, American University of Armenia, Russian- Armenian (Slavonic) University organize The Second International Conference ''Mathematics in Armenia: Advances and Perspectives'' (Tsakhkadzor, Armenia).The Conference is dedicated to the 70-th anniversary of the NAS of Armenia.     On 26-29 August, 2013, Byurakan Astrophysical Observatory of NAS RA organizes Colloquium on "Non-stable objects" dedicated to the 90-th anniversary of academician L.V.Mirzoyan (Byurakan).
